Link building
I select relevant sites, arrange publications and make sure your link profile grows naturally. No link networks and no cheap directories.
Tools I use for this
-
Ahrefs -
Semrush
-
Moz
-
Google Search Console
Off-page SEO is everything that happens outside your website and shows Google that others trust you: links, mentions, publications. It’s still one of the strongest ranking factors in competitive topics. And now it’s also an important signal for AI assistants deciding which companies to mention.
It’s also the part of SEO where it’s easiest to waste money. Cheap links from directories and link networks either do nothing or do harm. My job is to choose what actually builds strength.
When it’s worth starting
- Technical and on-page SEO are in order, but competitors still rank higher.
- Competitor pages have far more links from other sites than yours.
- You have good content nobody knows about.
- You’re entering a new market and the site has no authority there.
If the site still has technical problems or weak pages, I’ll suggest fixing those first. Links to a poor page won’t make it a good one.
How I work
1. Backlink profile audit
Ahrefs and Search Console show who already links to your site. I assess quality, topical relevance, anchor texts and any risky links.
2. Competitor analysis
I look at where the competitors who outrank you get their links and how many you’re missing. That sets a realistic goal: not “as many as possible”, but enough to close the gap.
3. Site selection
I choose sites that have real visitors, write about your topic and get traffic from Google themselves. I check each one by hand: traffic, topic, the quality of other publications and whether the site sells links to anyone who asks.
4. Publications and outreach
I agree terms with site owners and prepare the topic and a brief for the article, or the article itself through your writer. The link has to sit naturally in the text and point to the right page.
5. Anchor text
I plan anchor texts so the profile looks natural: mostly your brand name, URL and generic phrases, with target phrases used sparingly.
6. Reporting
Every month: which publications went live, where, what they cost and how rankings for the target pages are changing.
What I don’t do
- Private blog networks (PBNs) and auto-generated sites.
- Mass directories, comment and forum spam.
- Links from sites unrelated to your topic.
- “Guaranteed” link packages at a fixed price with no selection.

FAQ
How much does link building cost?
The price has two parts: my work (site selection, outreach, briefs, reporting) and the cost of the publications themselves, which site owners set. The quote always shows the two separately.
How many links do I need per month?
As many as it takes to close the gap with your competitors. That depends on their link profiles, so I set the number after the analysis. A few links from genuinely relevant sites do more than dozens of random ones.
Doesn’t paying for links break Google’s rules?
Google asks for paid links to be marked rel=sponsored. In practice the market works differently, so we make the risk decision together and openly. I don’t use link networks, auto-generated sites or directories that exist only to sell links: those are exactly what Google detects and discounts.
When will I see results?
Links work more slowly than on-page SEO: usually 2–4 months. That’s why link building is only worth starting once the site is technically sound and the pages you link to are good.
Do you work with international markets?
Yes. I’ve worked in 45 country markets, and in each one I select local, relevant sites rather than international link-selling platforms.
